Project #1: 19,000 Views on Fat Loss Video

About the Project: This channel was stuck between 500-700 views per video before I started working with them.

The goal of the project was to increase viewership to 1k+ per video.

Our Process: A/B tested different thumbnail formats until we decided to stay consistent with just one. For each podcast, we A/B tested thumbnails and changed title formats depending on video performance.

Deliverables: What we delivered... consistent 1,000-2,000 views per podcast episode, with some videos going above. This one reached 19,000 views.

About the Project: This video was a lead gen strategy to close coaching clients for my YouTube channel.

The goal of the project was to close sales through 1:1 coaching.

Our Process: The channel has built an audience of 800 subscribers at this point. Through consistent video posting and community building, we built the trust of the audience.

Deliverables: This video landed us 5 paid freelance coaching students for my coaching offer.
